My experience was very positive for the lady I met answered all my questions and all I need to know.

Extremely bad experience. My lock was missing when I reached out. It looks like someone burned with high flame to open the lock. Right away decided to close my account. I went to the office and explained the situation and ask them I am not longer renting here anymore and close my account.
They said! It will close and you will get the confirmation email. I thought my account becomes closed but receive a transaction alert that they took payment from my bank account.
I called their corporate office and the lady I spoke assured me that she spoke with facility manager and the account will certainly closed including refund within a week BUT it's almost two weeks gone don't get any refund. I have to dispute this transaction to get the refund and it's in progress.
SO PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE DON'T RENT A STORAGE HERE ALSO ONCE THEY GET YOUR PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION MAKE YOUR MIND READY FOR BIG HASSLE TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT.

Would not recommend using auto pay. Does have rat droppings. The phone number on the business card is a call center so it is hard to get things resolved. They raise the price every year! And to the person who respond to this you call me don’t ask me to call you. I’ve called you three times. From the looks of your reviews you don’t do anything anyway, I’m just glad I’m not giving you my money anymore!
