Great manager, safe facility, I would highly recommend to everyone

Very consistent and nice management!

Have been a customer here for 3 years. Never had an issue. The new manager (I didn't catch her name) has been rude both times I went in the last month. She can't be bothered to deal with customers and makes it known. Saying things like 'I don't feel like ...' or 'I can't deal with this today...'
Like I am sorry that I am giving you my business, I didn't know it would be such a bother.

They charge to much to have a big rat problem I went to get something out of my storage only to see rat droppings on the floor and bite marks In my furniture and house hold items I told the owners and they said we are trying the best we can with an aditude so now I'm out of thousands of dollars in furniture so now I have to go buy new everything and thy don't care please don't make the same mistake I made
