The main reason I’m deciding to leave a review regarding this storage is because of the so-called property manager who has 0-customer service and a very bad attitude. I’m actually moving out of this storage because of the rat infestation. The three storages I had and all the supplies and table cloths accumulated has to be thrown away due to the rat’s urination and feces.. My value…thousands of dollars and some. I have been a customer at this storage for many, many years (8+ years) and I have never had any issues or concerns with any of the property managers or personnel for that matter. My experience with this storage has been completely professional and accommodating. Obviously there’s new personnel and property manager (Heather) who is very unprofessional and lack customer service and personality.

Personally I was not going to give my feedback nor leave a review but when I spend thousands of dollars within an accumulated amount of time and the management is rude you don’t deserve my business or anyone else’s. I think my voice needs to be heard.

If I could have negative stars at this storage I would. DO NOT store anything here unless you want your items to be chewed, peed or pooped on. I had no food in my storage and my things were destroyed. The office manager was no help and said they “were doing all they could” but not one rat trap is outside or in the hallways. The movers had to chase live rats out of my boxes when moving. I have not filed my claim yet, but looking at the previous reviews, $500 will not cover even the cost to clean my furniture or to replace the items they have eaten through. DO NOT put your things here. I will be calling the higher up to further discuss this disgusting issue because as I said, the front office is no help.

After one week of moving in, I came to my unit to find that there is a rodent infestation. Rats!! As stated in my contract, I have had NO food in my storage unit, and chose climate control because I thought this would be best. I went to my unit and there is rat poop EVERYWHERE! I can file a claim for anything damaged, but that claim would only be up to $500. Sorry, but that’s nowhere near the cost it will take me to have anything cleaned, sanitized, or replaced. It’s disgusting that I have to personally go in and go through my stuff to see what’s been damaged. When asked about what to do, I was given little packets of rat poison to put inside my unit, and told that it’s because of the construction on the property next to it. I’m honestly afraid to go in and go through anything, because I could very well run across a dead rat, or two, or three. And there’s poop EVERYWHERE! Do not rent space until this is taken care of.
