My family member had their unit broken into and they could not even specify a specific date or time that it occurred. Another individual told my family member that their unit has been broken into several times already. A police report was filed and my family member was not compensated whatsoever for their losses by the storage company nor have they done anything to make it right.

Megan was great help with my unit rental. Whole process was extremely easy.

great customer service i believe megan was there fast easy and great communication i was there to rent a uhaul to move in town.
