This place is a great Self Storage . I had to downsize a few months ago and needed to get a storage unit for the interim. I had never needed to use a storage unit before so it was all new to me. When I called around, every other place was so expensive, and the customer service wasn't really the best. Then I called iStorage. The rate was right for me but, what really impressed me was Angel. He really did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me set up my account. Not only was he professional but also so kind and personable as well. He knew exactly what size I needed for my stuff. He's always ensuring the complex is maintained and is always friendly when I come. I would say if your looking for a great self storage that's not only secure but that has amazing customer service this is the place.

Juan the property manager has been more than helpful and compassionate. This is for corporations. I was willing to pay half of payment due and continue to make partial payments until balance was paid. I was told by staff that they don't do partials only pay in full. Got behind due to circu.staces out of my control like the passing of my daughter. I have always paid my bills and have finally been getting back on my feet. Corporate needs to be more humane. We are all in this together. Many blessing to all!

iStorage is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rental process was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage!
