iStorage

I was almost moved out of my unit on Saturday when I went to get the last of it on Monday morning at 10:30 2 huge bins of expensive designer clothes were missing. I am missing around 30 pairs of Miss Me and True Religion jeans and I was told that they didn't see anything suspicious. Yeah, well I would be saying the same thing if I was a dishonest employee. Every other storage unit asks that you file a police report. I reported it to their customer service and they never called me back after speaking to them as they promised.

Istorage has been one of the best storage facilities I have ever used. The manager Jerry is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and in a great location. I highly recommend anyone looking to store their belongings to talk to Jerry.

Although this iStorage site in Monterey claims they have video surveillance, we found out the hard way they do not - at least not for the drive-up units. I can't say more at this time, but feel I need to warn people who, like us, mistakenly believed our unit was monitored.

This storage, I feel like they make their own hours. My bf wanted to take something out of his storage and little, you know. They had a sign that they are closed for 3 days. The storage are only open 10-6pm and they try to close the place on random days when they feel like it. Their phone # is useless. No one will ever pick up. Considering canceling his account to this shitty storage hours and services.

Juan was amazing!!! Made my move incredibly easy, and gave me the peace of mind that I was getting the correct size (which worked out perfectly) I’m so thankful I decided to go to iStorage and ran into Juan. How is he not running this company by now!?
