Juan was the best. Found exactly what I needed. He was very thorough and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Used this place for over a year and they have terrible hours and on several occasion were closed during hours when they we supposed to be open. Terrible to drive over there to pick something up only to have the gate locked with no note or anything staring at a sign that says they should be open. At a minimum there could have been a notification.

EDIT -THEY assured me that my pre payment of 4 months was good, then Juan said it was good for time paid .
I should mention the place is bizarre. No rolling door no lights , I had to buy LED lights and dismantle my my sofa to have it fit the hours are INSANE. How do people get into their storage units with your hours? People literally work during your weekday hours and have weekends. I have used storage units frequently and I've never seen hours like this in my life
