I have a storage unit here on the second floor. Their prices are very reasonable big storage units and their manager. Jenna is very helpful with anything that I need. I highly recommend this place 10 out of 10.

The property manager Jenna is very friendly and professional. The property appearance and upkeep is noticeably better. Since she has added garbage cans in convenient locations and the music is a pleasant bonus.

Since Jenna has been manager I have noticed a significant difference in the atmosphere. Trash recepticles are available, music playing on the intercom and her physical presence on the property. She is always helpful with a smile!

Jenna, the manager at the El Dorado Hills facility, is outstanding! This facility was without a manager for a long time. We needed help. Now that Jenna is here, she is taking the bull by the horns and is doing an outstanding job! She sincerely cares about this facility. She fixed the elevator, the facility is spotless, the HVAC units are now functioning properly, there is good signage everywhere, she keeps a great eye on people coming and going on the cameras for security.…I could go on and on! And the cherry on the top is that she is very nice and will address any concern you have. We are all so happy to have her here! She is a blessing!
