Jenna at I-Storage in EDH was very understanding and helpful in coordinating my intra storage location move. My concerns were addressed quickly and transaction took only about 15 minutes.

The staff was very helpful and the storage facility was very clean. Plenty of Dollies and hand carts to help out with moving.

Morgan at the El Dorado Hills office was amazing Thanks for all your help.

I’ve been a customer at this location for several years. The district manager, Eddie, and property manager, Jenna, are really on top of customer service. I came in on lunch hour, expecting to have to come back later, but they were available and made time to solve a billing issue with my units. People like Jenna and Eddie are why I continue to use this storage location.
