As soon as I walked in the door, Ethan greeted me with great customer service. He made everything smooth for me, I only needed the storage for less than a month so it was a short lived experience but thanks to Ethan I would recommend this place to anyone..

The kid Ethan that is running your office thinks he owns the place or something, he ever come telling me some BS again at 4-5am, I'm cancelling.
Also since the name change things have gone down tremendously, loss of storage genie access, inconsistent office hours, staff is not trained properly

The majority of these reviews are from the previous business name Personal Mini Storage. They have a friendly staff and well maintained facility. However, after the new name/ownership Istorage took effect prices have went up unreasonably. My rate was $150. Within 2 months it went to $180, and now I get a notice it is going to $240. These increases have taken place over a period of approximately 4 months. I have left do to the principal of the matter. I hope others do the same. Just putting this out there as a word of caution to future customers.

Good experience. Very good customer service from all 3 people that I interacted with. My only concern is that the last billing isn't prorated. It was stressful to try to coordinate moving out with the billing date. Other than that, I was very pleased.

I had a storage unit here for a little over a year. Always friendly. The grounds were always clean. Gates were closed when they should have been, and always worked properly. I would rent from them again if I ever needed storage again.
