I rented this facility 2 or 3 weeks ago. The initial experience was very easy thanks to Ethan at the counter. He is very knowledgeable about this facility and the ones nearby. When I needed assistance switching units he was there to help after listening to my needs regarding the storage. I highly recommend this facility for the cleanliness and customer service.

Fantastic customer service, all of the information I needed was clear and accurate. Really appreciated the free lock, especially because they took the time to slice open the blister package so I could open it easy!
