Terrible not secure at all front gate remains open facility is a wreck would not recommend.

We have been customers for over 15 years with no problems but after the new owners took over they seem to not care for tenants at all. After the hurricane a whole wall fell off on the side of our units and we got tools stolen already. I've tried to contact them to no avail. Nobody has contacted us at all about repairs or giving another unit while ours gets repaired but they still charging us even though I took our main trailer with our most expensive tools home.

My contents were stolen from my container, along with nearly half of the other occupants. I also had severed water and mold damage. They are currently aware people are being robbed and have known so for over 9 months according to one employee. This place is trash.

My dump trailer was stolen from this property and no one wants to be responsible for it! I can’t even rank them. Their service is so poor and their facilities are the worse.
