Move my stuffs into the storage units and was supposed to mail me the keys. It took a while for him to mail me the keys and when the envelope arrives, the keys were not there. I paid almost $2k for the move and now I need to use the grinder to cut the locks at the storage units. Not reliable after the whole experience.
