AMAZING! TWO guy's moved me in the RAIN! very patient, professional, speedy (as possible) since it was raining on and off! The guys came from LA so they were running a little behind, BUT...they keep me informed meaning the Customer Service with this company is GREAT! Hands down I would refer and use this company again and again! Thank you J&I Moving... ttys after I buy my home and move next year!

This company has caused a major inconvenience for an extremely important event and has incidentally cost my business partner time and money. Extremely unprofessional and borderline unethical.

I am upset that I wasted my time taking off of work to have a move done that could not be fulfilled. This company is unprofessional and doesn’t not honor the prices they quote to customers. Beware of their bait and switch tactics. I would never refer their services to anyone in the future!

I wanted to be able to support a black owned business and get the same service if not better service than I would expect from any other business. It’s so many stereotypes in the world on how we operate our businesses and I was hoping for the best and hoping for someone to break that mold. Unfortunately, this company lived up to those same exact stereotypes.

Their service was very unprofessional. We agreed on a price Monday for a move on Thursday. The price was given to me directly by the owner and after asking several questions to his staff he reconfirmed the price. On the move date they said they would call 30 minutes prior to coming. However, I had to reach out to them to get an update 15 minutes before the 2 hour window they gave me ended. Meaning they told me between 8-10 and I had to call them at 9:45. Then upon arrival they changed the price we agreed on. This is very unprofessional especially when moving is time sensitive.

Since moving is time sensitive and they were already at my location I said forget it how much will it cost for 4 hours? Now I’m speaking with the owner’s wife/co-owner. She told me she would call me back and give me a new price because they couldn’t honor the first one. She then called back with a new price and I told her to give me a few minutes to think about it. Then when I called back to accept the offer a few minutes later she said she would longer honor that either.

How can a business give you two prices to conduct business and then honor neither? No thank you, I am a man with principles and that is Not how you handle business. Terrible, Horrible, Horrific, and Dishonest is how I would describe my service and experience with J & I moving!

On time quick and professional! Took our whole half of the house to Arizona without any problems. Hard workers! Use them every time :)
