J & J Services

We were in need of movers to move 4 brand new appliances into our house, and after contacting multiple moving companies, we decided to use J&J Services. Could not have made a better decision. Jack was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Extremely courteous, even after I made multiple changes to the date and time of service. Then on the day of the move, Jack and his team were over 20 mins early to the pick up site, very professional and all around great guys. They took care of these new appliances as if they were their own. They took every pro-caution required to ensure nothing was damaged. They even took apart the fridge to get it through the front door with expert skill. Having been through 4 house moves and have used multiple moving companies this had to be the best experience ever.

I talked to a guy on the phone for 10 minutes. It was my 8th or 9th call to a moving company to get pricing and every other time was a normal experience. The guy aggressively spoke down to me about how he's been doing it for 38 years (but somehow I'm their first review?) so my questions about pricing and the contract were 'REASON TO TALK DOWN TO YOU'. I tried to level with him 3 separate times and politely ask that he take a step back but each time he got more and more aggressive. Either caught this guy on the wrong day or he's always this rude...but either way, it was unacceptable.

This guy is not friendly. I can't say anything about their moving services but I would NEVER even think about talking to this company again. Incredibly rude.

I wouldn't choose anyone else. They arrived on time, did an awesome job wrapping each piece of furniture to protect them, the move was perfectly smooth. They reassembled my bed in less time than it took for me to dismantle it for the move. They were professional & totally awesome. I'm so glad I found them. A+++++++
