Small move with a heavy load, done in a few minutes! Guys came, and did the job well.
Will repeat service if needed in the future.

I requested a quote on their website - no reply.
Two weeks later I sent an email to the address listed on their website - no reply.
One week later I called them - someone answered, took down a few details and gave a price quote, but seemed extremely disinterested and told me to just email them (again) with the details. So I did, and I got a reply saying the move was booked (I never asked them to book- I was still trying to get a firm quote and figure out timing).
I replied to the email several times and left a voicemail on the phone - still no reply.

I went ahead and booked with someone else. When I was trying to book them, I was worried they wouldn't show up day-of because they are non-responsive. Now that I've gone with someone else, I am half expecting them to show up day-of because no one is answering the phone or replying to my emails about canceling (or just not booking, since I never really got past the quote stage). I hope the management figures this out. They might be great movers, but nobody is manning the phone or email.

J Lopez Moving were wonderful. I so appreciated the fact they were able to do the move with only a couple of weeks notice. And the guys from J Lopez were awesome! They were nice, helpful & respectful. Took good care of my things too. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.
