Moving can be a harrowing experience sometimes. This was my 1st time using movers and was very nervous. Anticipated a Murphy's law situation all the days leading up to The Day. The reservation process went well, itemized all yo be moved and chose the flat rate option. On moving day, movers were late arriving but I was notified in advance and assured of the new time. Movers showed up as promised. They assessed the rooms and began the process. They were quick and all boxes and items loaded transported and unloaded in almost no time. Best part- no damages and price quoted was price paid! Thanks will recommend and re-use if needed.

I would not recommend. They dropped our hutch, broke the glass in it, damaged the wood door to where it no longer closes, left a huge ding in our wood floor and put a huge gouge in our drywall in a place that we can’t reach and will require a professional to come fix. As they were leaving and charging us they didn’t offer a single penny off. When we asked, what do we do about our stuff they offered $75.00 off. All of these repairs are easy $300 or more. The hutch itself is over 50 years old, maybe more. Very disappointed. Will not use again and will tell my friends to stay clear. (Moved on 10/9/20)

I can’t recommend J Lopez enough. They helped us move into a new apartment, and it only took about three hours. The two guys that helped us move were so quick and worked hard. They didn’t break anything, they were funny, and it was such a stress-free experience for our first time hiring movers! Definitely hire them!!
