J Lopez Moving

The entire process was great. The 2 movers showed up on time. They were very professional, kind, and hard workers. This was my first time hiring a moving company, but I definitely plan to use them for all my moves in the future.

J Lopez charged me 7% sales tax on my residential move. I called them to tell them that there is no sales tax on services in the state of Indiana and they said everybody does it, have a nice day. I checked with the Indiana department revenue to make sure I was correct and they agreed there's no sales tax so if you're going to hire these folks be careful as not all movers charge 7% sales tax and L Lopez should not be doing it either.

For the past almost two years I have used the services of your moving company twice and have had positive experiences both times!

The first time was when the company helped me move from one apartment to another while I stayed in the same complex. That was a quick and courteous experience that time which was around 18 months ago.

The second time was today. A family matter happened and I needed to get some of my large stuff from the apt complex to a nearby storage facility which was less than a 1/4 of a mile away from the apt complex. I had already taken care of the rest of my stuff. The two people and the truck arrived 30 minutes late but glad was told ahead of time of the lateness. i actually made use of that time til they arrived. The 2 movers, again, did their job of moving everything I asked them to (in a very timely manner). Their actual time was in a little over 2 hours out of the 3 hours planned (in a 4 hour timespan scheduled) but was still happy to pay the planned price since great experiences both times company has helped me out!

Again, I just want to give a personal Thank You and hands up to the company and its associates. First time from about 2 years back was a great experience. This second time was even better than the first time. Will recommend company when asked!!!
