Great company! They had a tough day 95 degree weather! They never stopped or slowed down. They had to make a stop to unload before our final destination. They were GREAT will use them again.unfortunatly I will be moving in a year.

These movers were absolutely amazing amazing! They were proficient they got my stuff moved easily and they kept me stress-free the whole time. Something that I thought was going to take hours was done so quickly and so professionally I’m so glad I chose them.

I wish there was a zero stars option. They said they would be there to move my business between 8-10am. They never showed. The reason why they were late changed multiple times and they would ' shoot' for 2 pm, which they again never showed. They promised to show by 430. No show and didn't answer my call. Called back at 5pm and offered a refund and to move me for free..by that time I was moving ourselves. SO disappointed by this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff from J Medley Moving Helpers LLC. Even though my moving job was smaller and didn't meet their typical 3-hour minimum, Jeff was incredibly accommodating. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule and eventually cancel my appointment with barely over a day's notice. To my relief, my initial deposit was refunded promptly and without any fuss. Throughout the process, Jeff exemplified top-notch customer service, striking the right balance of professionalism and understanding. Based on this experience, I won't hesitate to turn to them for any significant moving needs in the future. Highly recommended!
