Owner of the facilities was very helpful and fast at getting everything set up, facilities are very secure (includes lots of security cameras, electronic gates, area is fully gated). Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone in the Belgrade/Bozeman area

Jackalope self storage is very user friendly, especially when first getting a storage unit started. They were responsive and timely when I needed a storage unit in less then 48 hours!

There’s a lot to be said about these storage units and specifically the owner. This is a brand new storage facility and you can tell the owner is vested by how he thought everything through and invested in quality products from the actual storage units, adequate lighting and security cameras so one can feel safe when it gets dark, there’s a beautiful fence around the property which gives it a nice look (I bet the residence around the property appreciate that).

We often use storage units for storing contents after a disaster. I never really thought twice about storage units but I was immediately impressed and this one just felt welcoming and stood out at a competitive price. You could tell the owner was new to the business and was over eager and helpful to make sure he captured our business for the long term. When we first contacted him it was after business hours on a weekend and we were in a pinch and needed a unit right away. Other places we called were also closed and didn’t answer, some didn’t even call back until days later. He even had a unit with power so we were able to park a vehicle and leave it on a trickle charger. He made things easy and even met on site to make sure the unit was sufficient. I sure hope he keeps up this mentality because you don’t see that type of service in small businesses every day. If he does he will do well and the word will spread! Things are becoming more touch less and automated and actually dealing with a very nice person made it more personal. The facility also has automated billing and the right technology to make the experience simple for all. He made sure to tell us if we needed anything at all to give him a call.

Bonus: he even brought his little boy with him which was a pleasure to see a father engaged and spending time with his son. You could tell the two were close by how content and happy the boy was.

We will definitely be using this facility moving forward!
