Jackson Highway Storage

Somewhat hefty price for a small unit. It is very troubling to be walking through the second story of the building over endless soft spots in the exposed OSB subfloor. The elevator door on the second floor will open when the elevator is on other levels which is a disturbing accident waiting to happen. There is no retaining chain on it either to keep your things from falling out while it’s moving. The fence on the south side of the facility fell down and it took weeks for it to be fixed, so I don’t feel the most secure leaving any valuables in my unit. Now it looks like someone ran into the gate with their vehicle because it’s all bent up. One day I went in and it was extremely hot. Next time it was cool. Going to have to take my electronics out to protect them from the temperature changes. The rolling door is significantly smaller than the unit but maybe that’s normal. Nobody told me the code to the outside door when I got my unit so I had to sit there and wait for another person to put it in so I could enter. My biggest concern is the lack of flooring. Seems like something that should have been completed before the place opened! The person in the office was friendly.

New customer but so far so good. Price is great.
