Daniel and his crew from Jdees Estate Liquidation were amazing!! We contacted them at the last minute (when someone else didn't come through) and the next day he had three trucks and seven guys at our property to help us move 44 pieces of furniture. Not only did they move them, we required that they be donated or given away to be sold at a deep discount to those in need; some items were 'dump' eligible, and he handled those, too.

In four hours the job was done efficiently, professionally and with a great attitude....all at a competitive price. Highly recommend!

This is the second time my family has had need of JDEE’s services. My husband hired Daniel to finish cleaning out his parent’s home that they lived in for 67 years. From the excellent job he and his crew did, I hired him to clean out my mom’s home. My mother never got rid of anything and cleaning out her home was overwhelming. I hired JDEE’s and today a team of five friendly and polite gentlemen came in and sorted out everything, with an effort of minimal landfill waste. They cleaned out everything and swept up when they finished. The cost was incredibly reasonable considering everything that they went through. They saved me days if not weeks of time and effort. Totally satisfied with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Well done!

We are in our 80’s - We had to close our west coast apartment that we furnished and wintered in for the past eight years. Not wanting to go through the hassle of selling everything while still living there, and not needing any of the furnishings, we contacted JDEES Hauling & Estate Liquidation Services. Daniel said they would remove EVERYTHING and give us a settlement for the furniture. I asked, “What must we do in preparation?” Daniel replied, “Just open the door for us.” Five Happy Haulers arrived and emptied our apartment. They removed five rooms of furniture; emptied the kitchen cabinets; took the patio furniture; cleaned out all of the closets, cabinets and storage areas; took pictures off of the walls; emptied cupboards of left over clothing; took out bags of trash; and swept the floors. Zero effort on our part.

In addition, Daniel bought my car and drove us to the airport for our return to the east coast.
All of this without a concern on our part. We were treated warmly by his crew and with consideration by Daniel. We recommend JDEE’s for hassle free removal of all of your stuff too.

Hiring Daniel Holguin/JDee's was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

I contacted him in November 2023 to help clean out my Mom's house after she had to move to Northern California. He encouraged me to keep as many personal items as I wished and if I was unsure, I should set it aside for shipping to NorCal. He made a lot of promises about being able package items safely and deliver everything where I needed them to go. He also assured me that he would handle everything and I wouldn't have to worry about the house and could focus my time on caring for my Mom.

Six months later, I STILL haven't received everything he promised.

When I asked, Daniel repeatedly told me items would be shipped by a certain date and then nothing happened. Of the items he did ship, several were improperly packaged and, as a result, arrived damaged or broken. (See example picture.)

I even offered to pay for the shipping costs (costs which he said HE would cover in our original conversations). But even that still wasn't enough to get the deliveries done.

He has now stopped taking my calls, refused to respond to my emails, and gave me terse and false text replies.

I wanted my Mom's art and pictures up here, with her, so she could still enjoy them with the time she has left. Because Daniel failed to ship everything he promised, my Mom has recently passed away without me having had a chance to share the art and pictures with her. That is on Daniel and JDee.

Daniel took my Mom's car and property, never paid me the $1,000 we contracted on, and has abandoned my family. Now I have to spend even more time and money to finish his job. Daniel and JDee has made this process so much more painful and difficult.

If I had to do it over, I would never have hired him.
