They sent four men to meet me at the storage unit ( located on Pennsylvania Ave ) mind you, I had already told Ms. Ann that I didn't have any furniture, just bags boxes and two barrels which wasn't really heavy ( moving from Brooklyn to Queens ) I left before them and took the JR Expwy, they claim the truck couldn't go the JR, I arrived within 20mins but,it took them a while to reach me? after they left I noticed that my box with the hair-dryer was missing and the most heavest bag of all with my pots wasn't here ? I called to no resolution ? DO NOT USE THEM?

I’m still waiting for my things to be bought to my new apartment they are slow don’t answer their phones bad attitude

They still got my stuff I moved yesterday

Super unprofessional down to the owner..Left sofa and loveseat on someone else's property in addition to blocking a hydrant...NEVER AGAIN..
