I used these guys to move me awhile back, so although this review is late, people need to be aware of their faulty practices.

Let’s just say, the movers will help themselves to your belongings, if you do not keep a list of what items are packed in specific boxes. The driver will try to coerce the consumer into signing their contract BEFORE the move is completed, using the excuse that they will not get paid until the contract is signed.

Once you sign their contract, whatever gets damaged (or is missing) will not be reimbursed. Once they have your signature, they can mishandle your belongings, and there’s nothing you can do about it because you signed their contract, which indicates that the move was done completely and without damages.

It wasn’t until after they left my premises, I found many of my items broken, many boxes never made it to the new location, some boxes were actually opened with items missing… When I mentioned this to the young lady who answers the phone there, she just gave me a run around — for the next 12 months, indicating that they would reimburse me. That never happened, because their movers coerced me into signing the contract BEFORE THE MOVE WAS COMPLETED, so they could give me my belongings.

I DON’T USUALLY DO REVIEWS BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS I HAD TO PEN THIS REVIEW. NOTE, THAT THIS 1 STAR RATING IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO USE TO RATE THIS BUSINESS. IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 0, I WOULD. I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ME FROM NYC TO ATLANTA. THIS WAS A GRAVE MISJUDGMENT ON MY PART.
1. THEY CAME A DAY LATE TO PICK UP MY THINGS.
2. THEY CHARGED ME A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY.
3. I PAID TO HAVE MY CAR TRANSPORTED TO ATLANTA INSTEAD HE DROVE IT DOWN TO ATLANTA. 800+ MILES MORE ON MY CAR.
4. MY WHOLE MOVING JOB WAS OUTSOURCED TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
5. MY CAR AND FURNITURE WERE PLACED ON AN 18 WHEELER TRUCK THEN A LOCAL TOW COMPANY WAS CALLED HERE IN ATL TO COME AND TAKE MY CAR OFF OF THE TRUCK.
6. MY GAS TANK WAS EMPTY WHEN I GOT MY CAR.
7. I TRIED PAYING HIM HIS BALANCE THROUGH CASHAPP AND ZELLE- SINCE THESE ARE THE ONLY METHODS OF PAYMENT THEY ACCEPT. MY BANK REFUSED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BECAUSE HIS ACCOUNT PROFILE IN ZELLE WAS FLAGGED. MY BANK THEN LOCKED MY CARD. I ASKED HIM IF I COULD PAY BY CHECK AND HE REFUSED. HE THEN SUGGESTED I FIND A BANK AND GET THE BALANCE SINCE HE DIDN’T HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY HIS MOVERS THAT WERE GOING TO WORK WITH HIM FOR THE DAY.
8. HE WAS LATE DELIVERING MY FURNITURE AND CAR OFF TO ME IN ATL. HE ARRIVED AT MY PLACE IN THE 18 WHEELER TRUCK THAT COULDN’T GET AROUND MY NEIGHBORHOOD AT 11am- HE NEVER LEFT UNTIL ABOUT 11pm. HIS EXCUSE- HE HAD TO WAIT ON HIS MOVERS AND SINCE THE TRUCK WAS TOO BIG TO GET AROUND THE CORNERS OF MY STREET HE HAD TO GET A SMALLER TRUCK TO GET MY FURNITURE DELIVERED.
9. IN THE END SOME OF MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL OUTSOURCE YOUR JOB, THEY WILL DRIVE YOUR CAR ( if you’re shipping a car) AND THEY WILL LIE AND HOLD YOUR THINGS AT RANSOM.
