We had Jensen movers take care of our move from PA to NY state. From the beginning, Nick talked us through the process, and was positive about all the parts of our move. Kaitlin in the office kept us informed of everything we needed to do with paperwork and followed up on dates. Jensen provided multiple services for our move from wrapping all of our furniture, getting rid of several junk pieces, storing in their warehouse for several weeks, and then transporting and unpacking our furniture in NY. The workers worked hard and were very careful with our furniture and were friendly and respectful. All of our items arrived in the same condition as they were before the move. We were very pleased with Jensen movers and would recommend them for all parts of a move.

The former homeowner of our house used Jensen Movers and during their move there was damage to the walls. The moving team explained to the former homeowner they would contact me for fixing the damage.
I waited a few weeks and did not hear from them. I have since called several times over the past few weeks getting promises of a call back by their repair person, but never received a call. I am leaving this review out there incase anyone is considering the customer service element of this company.
