BEWARE. they are thieves. they overcharged me unfairly and stole my airpods pro worth $150

Jerry and his team did a great job. They were on time, worked hard, were friendly, professional, respectful and careful with our belongings. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! Took great care of pick up and delivery and a beautiful credenza! Called to let me know exactly where he was and what times to expect pick up, enroute, and delivery! Job well done

My move was in February 2024. I give the one star because Jerry was very careful with my things. I also give the one star for his LIES. I do not refer. 36 hours prior to my move, Jerry called me to tell me that I needed to rent a truck, that was inconvenient. He drove the the Uhaul tuck back to my residence but no before he used it to pick up their '3rd' guy. When he told me they were a team of '3 Men' I did not expect a smoker (however, if it wasn't for this guy, nothing would have gotten done, he was great) and I am pretty sure, a using drug addict and a 60 something year old man. Jerry himself, went the distance however in this move but I knew the stairs was going to be a challenge. An hour in I found the user nodding in the truck that I was paying for. So, down to the smoker and the old man. After 5 1/2 painful hours of loading a 20 footer, we were on the road to my 3rd floor apartment. All the while I'm trying to figure out 'How long this is going to take?' The user surprisingly, is back to work, for about 30 or so minutes, but I was still charged for him a whole 2 hours of nothing! He went back to sleep in the Uhaul truck, that I was paying for. It was a painful 4 1/2 hours to unload that truck. It would have taken even longer but Jerry managed to get another guy to come and help. THEN, I had to drive back to the Uhaul to check the truck in. I called Jerry and asked about the gas, he said 'the gas hand hasn't moved.' Even though there had been about 30 miles put on it and 15 of those miles completely full. I knew he was LYING to me, so I checked it when we got to Uhaul. Graciously enough, the guy checking it in, did not charge me their fee to refill it with gas. Since February, I have heard so many horror stories about this company. They are not insured! and I was told by different people from different towns, that do not know each other, that Jerry picks up homeless people for moving jobs. This man is a liar and and is a dirty dealer. I can refer you to ADVANCED MOVING LLC in Belmont who is Insured, reputable and has long term employees.

I highly recommend Jerry and his team! He is reliable, affordable, went above and beyond in assisting me move things to storage for my grandmother, and a very kind and upstanding Christian man. He even reorganized our storage unit so that it was more efficient and easier to access things we had already put in there. He will be our first call should we need services again. You will not be disappointed!
