Jersey Moving Pro

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They saved me when I was in a bind and had to get across the country on very short notice. David was extremely helpful and communicative and I had the pleasure of meeting my driver, Bogdan and his brother in law. They were very nice and went above and beyond to help deliver our belongings as soon as possible. Bogdan was very communicative as well and helped us unload everything to the specific rooms in the house we needed it. Thanks again!

Ours was a big move over a long distance (NJ to the Midwest). We spoke with several movers, and we went through the inventory/estimating process with two of them. Jersey Moving Pro's estimated price was about half of what the other mover estimated. The next question of course was; what will we actually spend once all is said and done? Happily, the initial estimate ended up being about 95% of the final cost, and either way, the cost was ultimately solely based upon what was actually packed and moved, as per the industry norm. Our move also ended up having fortunate timing, such that our drop off in the Midwest occurred only a few days after pickup in NJ (typical wait time is a week or more, if I recall). The move itself incurred a negligible amount of damage, and nothing lost. On top of all these good results was the excellent customer service, starting with Carol who worked our account over the phone/chat and took a LOT of time answering my questions and putting my mind at ease - obviously well understanding the stress of a big move. Others who deserve mention for excellent customer service include Blaise, the walk-though estimator, Eric, the foreman at pickup (giving thumbs-up in the photo), David, the coordinator of the drivers, and Bogdan, the driver and foreman at drop off. We paid cash; 50% at pickup and 50% at drop off, for a 3% discount. I hope Jersey Moving Pro continues doing business the way they did with us; I believe like they are honest.
