Great moving company. Got moved in during a snowstorm even!

Jet Services was great to work with! They were very responsive to my request for snow removal on my deck. They came out quickly and removed about 3 feet of snow off my deck in one hour! Very impressive! And Jet was kind enough to remove the snow from my patio furniture and replace the cover that had blown off. He was efficient and very kind. I highly recommend Jet Services for your snow removal needs!

My move on 8/28 took 3 days and was an ongoing nightmare. I had two expensive paintings damaged along with clothing and furniture. She had one reframed only because there was no choice, but repaired (instead of replaced) the plexiglass on both which is evident and not salable. She has refused to address a rack that was lost for the last 4+ months! Only said “it couldn’t happen!”

There is another review immediately after mine with the same issues only they refused to pay. I just bit the bullet to not have to deal with her. A really convincing sales pitch, but very costly, time consuming and exasperating. The hardest part was dealing with her excuses and lack of accountability for the last 4 months.

I hired Jet Services for my move and it was a dream. Renee is fantastic to work with and her guys are fast, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend for your next move!
