We had a great experience with John and his crew. They meticulously wrapped our glass-door barrister bookcases, and all of our other furniture. It arrived 650+ miles later in great condition. They were hard-working and attentive. Thank you!

The two men who showed up to move my daughter filled out a new contract onsite—not the one I signed online—and immediately began to demand $1,200 extra. I told them from the beginning I would not pay it, but they loaded my daughter’s furniture and personal items anyway. Before they finished loading the last few items they drove off. This was three days ago, two days after they were supposed to deliver. We have no idea where the items are, and they are unresponsive to our calls and texts. The contract I signed had a fake address.

The owner of the company put a lot of pressure on me to book them for my move to another state. They were cheaper than other movers I had gotten a quote from. Seemed flexible with moving dates. They arrive and inform me they ran out of stickers. Well that should have been an alarm bell as I am now missing items. My husband reached out to them a couple days after the move about it and got no response. I'm missing sentimental things and one item I cannot replace. I have reached out to both the driver and the owner. The owner doesn't even set his voice-mail up, so I'm assuming, he can get away with running a mediocre company. Please get back to me about my things.

One star because I can't give less. The company was very responsive and worked to gain my business. Once I made the deposit it was extremely difficult to reach anyone. I was promised a particular pickup date, but when I called to verify pickup time I was informed that I was pushed to the following day. When the following day arrived, I was again pushed to the next day, again accompanied by BS excuses. Due to an already tight schedule for my out of state move I was forced to find another company on short notice and pay considerably more. I want everyone reading this to know that I gave JGentle every opportunity to make things right. Do not use this company, unprofessional and unreliable.

I am very happy with the service provided, my things arrive in perfect condition, they are very careful with things, if they have any setbacks they call to give updates, excellent service I recommend it
