Overall, we were pleased with the service the guys did moving our items into a pod. They were polite and courteous. They got the job done quickly as well.

What we didn’t appreciate was when we noticed our tv had been picked up by the corner and pressed in, causing it to crack the screen. We called and messaged the gentleman who had scheduled the services.

We were told to file a claim and send photos to the email he provided. He said it would be 24 hours to hear from him, but it’s been nearly a month. Our emails, texts, and calls have not been responded to since August 14, 2022.

I had been impressed, but after not following through with correcting an issue they created I cannot recommend this company to anyone

I hired this so called “company” on a Thursday for the following Tuesday an appointment at 9 am. They received their prepaid payment on The following day (Friday) even though I had an issue paying anything up front. I paid it any way Saturday I received a text confirming our appointment. I was due in San Antonio TX on Friday of the same week as we are moving right? Hence the need for the moving company. On Tuesday no one would answer my calls or text messages finally at almost 11 am I received a text that they are having truck issues which is a lie because of the truck had issues y not call with that news BEFORE YOU ARE 2 hours late??? I used a different company but these kids from this company now refuse to give me my money back!! This company is a scam! I will not stop until I am paid for the money I gave them and honestly they should have to pay me the 250.00 that I had to pay the other company for same day service. I have contacted a lawyer and they will soon realize they picked the wrong single mom to steal from.

worst moving company in tn they literally told mecthe day of our move that they couldn't come out even tho I booked it a month before my moving day so I and my pregnant wife had to move by ourselves
