Worst experience ever! 3 people committed to picking up at 8 am. They finally showed up at 1pm and then had an attitude! We are moving to apartment so need to apply to use elevator and they were so late we couldn’t go! I called them all morning over 14 times… no response! Terrible customer service. Stay away from them!

We have used Jim Mahon for many years. In fact this coming Tuesday he is helping us move the contents of our storage unit to our home garage. This is probably about the sixth time members of our family have used this company. Of course, I would highly recommend Jim Mahon Moving!!

Waited 6 weeks for delivery
Constant delays
Stated he could tailgate stone
After confirming delivery
He said he couldn’t tailgate it
Left me with a mess
Called Berea stone
No problem

Our second move with them. Very satisfied.

They scratched our furniture and our refrigerator. And said the scratch was already on the fridge. Not true. Fridge was in perfect condition.
