On time . Mike was very easy to work with. He set up the time .the date for our move. We had 3 guys . They did such a good job to move our belongings from the old house to our new home.. Big thank you to Mike and the crew.. Will highly recommend Mike and his crew.

Mike the salesman came out n looked over our belongings. During the walk thru he kept saying we had a lot of boxes. We sat down with Mike and was told it would take 9.5 hours n two trucks. Since we just moved from Georgia n had 3 guys to load us n took 9 hours then two guys to unload n it took 7 hours I thought we were getting more people so the timing would be right.
We got a call from the office that asking us to do the move in two days with three guys because they needed one of the trucks. We were told no additional cost to us. We said ok.
Original start time was suppose to be 830-9 am now it was 9:30 and they showed up after that. They were so slow. I guess when you move across state they are not on a time span n work faster. There was three of them. They took both couch n sectional apart. Took all three of them even though one was just watching but 20-30 minutes to put together. The couch was delivered in one piece n moved in one piece from GA to Pa so not sure why it was taken apart on this move. Maybe it was to heavy for them to move. It was taking them about 2 minutes each time they took something off the truck. One on the truck n the other two stood outside waiting for something. Now it starts raining. I have a barrel table that the two were bringing around the back of the house uncovered. Well next thing I see they are standing outside on their phones with my piece of furniture uncovered n in the rain. Me I would of brought the piece inside for the customer n then made my phone call. Next thing they are working on a glass case hat is antique which they were told about when first taking out of the first place. Now it’s being lifted out of the truck since no ramp was put out. Then it’s on the ground uncovered. I finally had to ask them since it was raining to please cover it. Which they did. Finally I called the office at 615 to put in a complaint about the crew. When they said the truck was empty I asked about my tv stand which I was told it had a weak spot n they didn’t put it on the truck. I asked where it was n was told in the basement. Since I was watching them the whole time I knew that wasn’t true.
Now the next morning comes and I am expecting a call back from the office since they are almost up to the 9.5 hours that I was being charged for. I ended up calling them at 915 n got the salesman Mike on the phone. I said I called n was told the guys left already n he would have to refigure out the bill since it was being loaded n unload d by only 3 guys not 5. When the guys came I comment was made during the day are we working fast enough.
When I got the final bill it was a little sloppy to understand but I was charged for two days of some fuel charge. In the end it was a little less then original told but not sure what I was charged for.
The second day that took outside furniture, garage stuff and boxes. The thing is they left my two TVs behind and not really sure how they protected them. In the end my 65 inch tv screen has lines going across it n need to buy a new one. They charged me for protecting my glass tops on my tables n the only thing they did was wrap it in the moving blankets.
I will not be using them again. Mike the salesman is the only reason they got rated 2.

charged too much. charged for hour and a half but finished in less than an hour but never adjusted price down. noticed some scratches in wall later they failed to inform me about.

Movers were right on time and professional. Did a fantastic job getting my oversized furniture into the residence with no damage!
