Jim Potter & Sons, Inc | Moving & Storage Company

We recently had to move from Haleyville back to LC. My uncle tragically passed away and we needed to get moved asap bc we were moving in with my aunt to take care of her. Got quoted $2200 to pack and move . Luckily it was only $1800 by the time they were done, so that’s the only plus side to this . Come to find out, when we go inspect our home, which is 3 stories btw, that they left A LOT of our stuff!! Enough for me to pack down my Tahoe , my husband’s duramax , my aunts Kia & a car trailer . I could understand if maybe it was 1 vehicle loaded down but it was 3 plus a trailer . The whole point of paying somebody to pack and move us was so I didn’t have that stress or worry with having to do but I still did!! Called to see if we could get some of our money back and they basically laughed at my husband . WILL NOT recommend this moving company to anybody!!

We are so pleased from the fantastic service we received from Jim Potter & Sons. They took time to ensure our furnishings were wrapped carefully and protected for the move. They also did not waste time. In and out in record time. Would definitely use again and highly recommend for all moving needs!
