I was very impressed with this company. When I got my initial quote I was very disappointed and felt their estimate was not based on accurate information and wrote a review saying so. I was completely surprised when Lisa called a few days later, was kind and apologized for the mistake. So, I asked them for a quote to move my piano to a second story apartment. Both Lisa and the movers were amazing! So friendly! And they safely and carefully moved my piano in the snow!
