Amazing! This was my first time using movers and it was a phenomenal experience. The company was very transparent about pricing. They gave me an estimate for a 3 hour move across Orlando. The two gentleman who assisted me, Charles and Daryl, were spectacular. They arrived right when they said they would, took care of all my belongings while loading it into the truck, and promptly unloaded everything in the new apartment. All under the 3 hours. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with moving. If I move again, I'm definitely reaching out to Jocha's again.

Charged my card multiple times without notifying me before hand. Bed is chipped as well. Spent $404 dollars for a hour service but they prolonged it to two hours. I already broke down my bed and dresser before they came. Those were the only two items that needed to be moved. My new place was literally 6 minutes away from the place I moved from. I’m very disappointed. Please book with another company if you can.
