!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
If i could give them ZERO STARS, I would!! This is, by far, THE WORST moving company I’ve ever used. They were rude, they charged my fiancée and I $300 more than they quoted us, with no extras, they just threw on $300 extra dollars. Then, they destroyed our TV (see pictures) and said they WILL NOT do anything because “THEY BELIEVE”, they didn’t do it. We’ve asked for the owner to call us several times and we have been ignored every time!!! I told them we would get our attorney involved and the man who was the secretary said, “do what you gotta do”. Clearly very educated….
We will give the owner until Monday to call us back and make this right, or we will be there bright and early Monday (9/25/23) with our Attorney.
