John Palmer Moving did a wonderful job moving my family member's furniture into an assisted living apartment! Nick Maffeo came to assess the job and give us an estimate - he was thorough and professional, and his estimate was exactly in the range of the final price. Elizabeth in the office was very helpful in providing the needed documents for signature. Jeremy and Eric, the movers, arrived on time, were very professional and kind, and took great care in wrapping the furniture, as well as a large photo frame, and boxing artwork. On the other end they were also excellent in putting each item where I asked, making small adjustments as needed, and going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with where things were placed. This was a relatively small job, but due to the John Palmer staff's professionalism, it was definitely a far better and smoother process than if I'd pressed my extended family into service for this move! Five stars plus!!

Had a great experience. Our rep Nick did a great job estimating our cost, walked us through every step of the process, and the back office was very responsive when we go to that part of setting up the move. Our moving crew, Victor & Scotty, were friendly, polite and worked hard. It all went fast! But special shout-out to Naicy, the crew chief and driver. He delivered over and above on responsiveness, reliability and especially hard work!!! Thank you all for a great move.
