Movers damaged my night stand beyond repair, broke the edge of my my dining table and chip bed footboard. Then had the nerve to offer me $30.00 for the the damges. Do not do business with them.

Let me start by saying that this review comes after hiring them for 4 moves. The first experience with them, amazing. The quality continued to decline but this last experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! To start we were quoted $650. Our movers moved very slowly, and were pretty rude to my husband and I. (Keep in mind that my husband and I helped carry out furniture and boxes both in and out of their truck) The movers took a 45 min break in between our old house to our new house, which was only a 10 minute drive away. Then after charging us for their lunch break when we finished earlier than expected the foreman didn’t even give us enough money back! We should’ve gotten $75 back for finishing a half hour early and that doesn’t include their paid break but he only threw $60 at my husband and tried the slam the door on us. We immediately called the office and the lady on the phone said she would call me the next day to discuss the difference on the bill. I never got a call back nor did anyone answer the phone after I called several times!!! Don’t waste your time. Not only did we lose our money but they broke some of our items.

Stay away! Worst company ever! Rude and unprofessional! Hidden charges!

Ruined my furniture, hidden charges, rude staff. After 4 months of waiting for them to respond to my claim, offered me $18 for the damages. Scammers!!

Horrible service, don't trust them. They quote you on price and when they get to your location its an upcharge. Rude and unprofessional movers. They ruined half of my designer furniture and pay 0 attention to my complains. They do not sent the correct amount of people and make decisions about your items without your input. Horrible. Stay away, unless you want to your furniture at the dumpster.
