The movers did a good job moving my family and I. The only issue was that during the move my desk got a deep crack in it. When I contacted the company about it they told me to send them a picture. When I did, they told me that a claim would be filed so that I can get reimbursed for the damage to my desk, after that I didn't hear anything from them. So weeks later I called them and the lady I spoke with told me that I was going to receive a check in the mail. Another week or two went by and I didn't receive a check in the mail or any form of communication from the company. So, I called them again and was then told that my claim was closed and I told the lady that I still have not been reimbursed for the damage to my desk. She told me that she would look into it and get back to me. Since then, I have not heard back from her or from anyone at this company.

I gave them a detailed list of our items over the phone and they quoted us $475 (3 bed 2 bath single family home). The mover's van broke down so instead of coming at 1pm as promised, they arrived at 7pm on 6/27/22. When they arrived, they literally laughed at the quote and said the move would take 6-8 hours and cost at least $1,200. I had no choice but to agree since we had set up the move weeks prior. The next day they came to unload the truck. It took them 3 hours to load and they said it would take 3 hours to unload. They would not unload a single thing until I paid them CASH ($1050, which managed to get lowered by their receptionist, Abby, prior to them arriving). They were SUPPOSED TO move everything into the house and re-assemble all the furniture. Instead they DUMPED ALL OF OUR THINGS IN THE DRIVEWAY/GARAGE AND DROVE OFF AFTER 1.5 HOURS. Many of our items were broken, furniture is scratched, the wood legs to our coffee tables are split, my bike is ruined, and we cannot make a claim because they BLOCKED OUR PHONE NUMBERS. We reported them to the BBB and were notified by the BBB that they have received no response. They haven't responded to the IL Attorney General's Office, either. Don't be fooled by their unrealistic quotes and RUN!

Mover were not on time completely missed my move in window by 2 hours

Horrible service, do not use this service, save yourself money and pick a different moving company. They are scammer and like to randomly add in additional charges. I repeat, do not use this company! Let me know if you have questions because I’m all about exposing scammers like this company.

I am the property manager at an apartment complex this company just did a move in for. They not only left keys just laying out that we could never find, but they use other residents' belongings to prop open doors and damaged their property. They blocked the resident that hired them, and haven't returned my calls. I wasn't even a customer of theirs and saw how disrespectful and unprofessional they were. I would not recommend using this company ever.
