John's Moving

I only am giving one star because they were on time and quick. Other than that they left holes and marks all over my brand new walls in a newly renovated home. When I brought the holes to John's attention he said ' I don't know what to tell you. Patch it.' If you value your walls this is not the moving company for you.

The most arrogant business owner I have ever met in my life. I was originally quoted $400 for my move, and then magically after he reviewed the list of belongings (even though we reviewed it 3 separate times) the quote jumped to $600 a few days prior to the move. Not only did he destroy my walls, he spent more time yelling at his workers than actually caring about the quality of work being done. I addressed the issues with him at the end and his response was “Do me a favor and don’t call me again.” The only reason I even paid the price that was quoted was because his workers deserved it for putting up with him. What a complete joke.
