I used this company twice, first time was great. But the second time, I can tell at least one of the movers was new and he had no clue about piano moving, not to mention after they left I figured out they damaged my wall. I cleared out the whole room for the move and it's a spacious room, having them damaged the wall really made me question the professionalism.
