Johnson Storage & Moving

We just loaded from this company and the dispatch guy Ryan is just rude and inconsiderate. I asked to use the restroom and Bart the warehouse employee was considerate, understanding that I was a female, and told me to go into the office to use the restroom. As I walked in asking about the restroom, Ryan told me to use the warehouse restroom. After I went into the warehouse restroom I understood why Bart told me to use the office restroom. The warehouse restroom was disgusting with a nasty urinal and the toilet had pubic hairs in and around the toilet seat. This guy Ryan had a dismissive attitude from the get at check in, which I remained professional and understanding. This review is being posted so maybe Ryan and others alike will start having some human decency. Good luck ??

The guys showed up on time and were friendly and efficient! Did a great job! I would highly recommend Johnson Moving for any size job!
