The moving crew was great! The sales team will add in costs and then provide poor reasons as to why. Such as, 'they packed more than they estimated' or 'the move went a little longer than we thought it would.' So you'll pay for their poor estimate.

My move was a nightmare, but the worst part was the customer service. I had to fight for two months to find out why I was over-charged. I then had to deal with claims (insurance paid), who denied the damage to my home and my missing vacuum cleaner. Thus, I’m 3 months into trying to be heard by this company, who doesn’t seem to care about their customers, unlike what is stated on their website, that they provide a stress-free move. It’s been nothing but stress.
