I was in good hands all the time and I appreciate your thoughtfulness and your care. You were also very easy to speak with on the phone And were most attentive to all of my needs and worries. Thank you very very much. I push the five star recommendation but it did not allow me to go further. One of my iPads has acted up and perhaps that contributed to my inability to publicly thank you for all you did

I worked with Johnson Moving to unload two 16 foot trailers at different times. Johnson was able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend, which was incredible!
The workers were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. No problems or concerns.
The only issue was dealing with their incompetent administrative assistant, Jessica A. She did not follow up, did not email my receipts in a timely manner. Nor did she know about the billing, claimed I owed money when my bill was paid via credit card.
Had to call back several times to get my receipts. Very unprofessional and inefficient! Other than her, service was great.
