First rate customer service, professionalism and friendliness, Courtney on the phone went above and beyond to assist us with moving a very unique piece which required some research on best practices for moving this particular item. Jeremy and Christian were skilled, strong, professional, friendly. They did an amazing job. I will definitely be using this company (and would specifically request these guys) again. Thanks JoMo!

I used jomo moving to do a local move they were a couple hours late which is unfortunate because I was waiting at the house that we were moving out of with my kids and everything in boxes so nothing to do but wait they finally arrived the two guys were nice enough didn’t bring up being late but were nice they started moving things out took about 2 hours then we arrived at the new home where I had to assist them with moving my fridge in because they couldn’t figure out how to remove the doors to get it into the house then while bringing in a couch hit the screen of my 75” TV breaking it so I filed a claim with the company they said it only covers by weight which is unfortunate because TVs now days don’t weigh much so the lady in the office said she would make it right and offered me 150$ for a 600$ TV the cheapest 75” is 400$ at Walmart so needless to say not very satisfied in that but I’m glad they attempted to right the wrong still I would recommend someone else or atleast make arrangements to move your TVs and electronics yourself DO NOT let them move anything expensive that has low weight you could regret it like I do

Don't do it yourself. Skip U-Haul. JoMo was just as affordable and way less of a hassle. Theo and Jeremy were super professional and remembered every detail.
