Moved my 750 lb safe from the garage to the basement after I thought it was impossible, and they did it for half of the price of the corporate movers. It looks great and the guys were professional and fast. Evened help me shim it to make sure it was safe for me to use. I would highly recommend this company for a heavy move, they are a great LOCAL business

Hiedi is a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions. She gave me a quote immediately and was able to give me multiple delivery dates within the week. The men that picked up and delivered were not only fast and efficient they were so gentle with my piano. They really care about doing a good job.

Movers refused to move the piano because I would not give an extra 100 dollars above phone quote, even though I gave all details about the piano over the phone. Even after I agreed to pay the 100 dollars, the guy would not move it because he was mad. And I was moving out of town that day. Terrible

I selected Jones Moving and Delivery to move my piano after the conservatory of the College of Wooster recommended them. They dropped my piano from the back of a truck. They took the pieces of the piano with them. For over 4 months they have ignored calls from me and my insurance agent, and they have ignored calls and letters from my attorney. I purchased the additional insurance to cover the cost of the piano. When the piano was damaged, the owner stated that he would make it right. I have not heard from him since. If you use Jones and they drop/destroy your piano, you will have to sue them to recover damages.
