Jones Moving & Storage - McAllen

This was the second time that I hired them for a local move. Extremely helpful with good communication on the front end. The guys that came to move our things called a couple of times to confirm. Very safe and careful with all items. Was very affordable. I’ve moved about a dozen times over the years and would put this company at the top of my list.

Paid for delivery and installation of a fridge but refused to install claiming they were liable if anything happened to the fridge after they install it. Makes zero sense. According to Katy they don't do installs on refrigerators that are going to have custom panels. I wasn't asking them to install the panels I was asking to install the fridge. Needless to say, don't recommend.

Fast and friendly .

When they called, they said an estimated time of arrival and they were accurate. They installed the fridge with care and they took with them the disposable cardboards and plastic. Very courteous.

Great customer service, friendly staff- very professional. Would highly recommend!!
