Very happy with the service would definitely use this company again

He has a very poor professional attitude. He did our yard today and his son was working the backyard and broke our bedroom window. While he was cleaning it up we ask is he going to pay for it he say No. That his son blew a toy to it and it broke. Poor service and Not Professional.

This was the first time using Jon's Movers and I will definitely use them again. The two guys that assisted with my move were great! Very friendly and professional! They worked their butts off for 9 hours ?

These people have absolutely no customer service skills and are beyond unorganized, double booked 2 jobs on one day and had I not called to check on the status of the move myself I would have never known until much later in the day that the move likely wasn’t going to happen as they were running very behind and didn’t think to make a courtesy call to their next customer of the day . They ended up having to reschedule me to the following day and then didn’t even show up at the time they agreed to . Two young kids with no sense of urgency who looked like they just rolled out of bed showed up ,made no apologies for the miscommunication and no eye contact when speaking to me. Not exactly a great representation of the company. They are charging me almost twice the amount of other movers and I’m literally moving 14 minutes away from the location they loaded my belongings from . Since I’ve extended my research there fees are substantially higher then other movers .I was offered no compensation for any of the issues that occurred. The owner himself literally just argued with me giving excuses and trying to justify everything. Go with any other moving company these people completely lack professionalism, courtesy and any business ethics whatsoever. Also here’s how my table was delivered! Nice !
