Worst experience with moving, ever. Destroyed furniture, punctured drywall, dented door jambs, and more damages to our new home. Employees decided to take an hour long poop and charge us for that hour. The movers did not wear any safety gear. Additionally, they packed the truck improperly, leaving my family with moving all the boxes ourselves. Their claims department could care less and offered no compensation for what they did. Please avoid Jon's movers at all cost. As a retired service member, I have moved more than 15 times during my career. Never have I seen such careless behavior and horrible customer care.

They worked quickly and well as a team.
They handled my items with care and made this move stress less for me!
