They were punctual and worked with great kindness and dedication for over 11 hours during the move. The price was also very affordable. I plan to recommend them to many of my acquaintances. Joy Moving was a JOY to work with. Two movers was plenty enough to get our ~1,000 foot apartment packed up and moved about 15 miles south. Both movers were professional - though they did not speak English (they spoke Chinese), they understand just about everything I said and were equipped with a translator app that was easy to use when needed. The moving truck itself was slightly too tall to fit in our apartment buildings loading bay, but their team had no issue parking in the alley and loading that way.

Not a critique, but be aware that they ask for cash payment!
